Creates a fishing system for each vehicle, including the airship. Works based on regions, where fish can be found in specific regions and then fished by certain vehicles. Can integrate with CGMZ Professions for a fishing profession.

To rumble the controller when a fish is caught

Optional: Toast Manager
To show fish related toast messages

Optional: Professions
For integration into a profession system that can handle a fishing skill, fishing level ups, etc.

Optional: Scene Backgrounds
To show a scene background in the fishing journal, including scrolling backgrounds or weather

Optional: Controls Window
To show the player keyboard or gamepad controls in the fishing journal scene
