[CGMZ] Crafting - Version 1.13.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.13.0!

This version adds various customization options. For names of ingredients, products, etc. you can now have complete control over the string printed out in the display window. Before, this was mostly hardcoded with a few options to display carried amount or add an x after the amount. Now, they are one long string made up of text codes.

This update also adds the option to hide recipes from displaying by switch, so you can easily control which recipes appear in the list.

Recipe large icons / pictures can be centered in the display window now. When multicrafting, you can now enable the craft sound to play after each multicraft starts. The filter button for gamepad can now be set to None, which means the gamepad will not be able to access the filter flow.

This update added an integration with [CGMZ] Encyclopedia, so you can now obscure the names of ingredients, products, etc. which have not yet been discovered in the encyclopedia. The [CGMZ] Toast Manager integration was also improved to support all toast types.
