[CGMZ] Crafting - Version 1.12.2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.12.2!

This version fixes a crash that could occur if you were in the crafting scene when a profession leveled up and you had the plugin set to pop the scene on profession level up.

This version also adds support for the [CGMZ] Core automatic space after label parameter. If you have that parameter enabled, this plugin's label text will now automatically have a space inserted after.
