[CGMZ] Core - Version 1.42.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.42.0!

This version adds a way to track boot sequence since there are now a few plugins of mine that do things before the title screen, it is a common place where they need to be in specific order. This should allow me to remove order requirements.

This update also added a face sprite for windows, which I plan to use going forward for face sprites instead of using the default code's way of drawing faces as it requires waiting for the face graphic to load before drawing.
