[CGMZ] Core - Version 1.32.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.32.0!

This version adds a more exact clickable sprite object type, which also takes pixel alpha into account as well. This will be used as an option for clickable sprites that may have transparent space around them.

This update also adds some blank functions important for other [CGMZ] plugins in an effort to reduce load order importance for other [CGMZ] plugins.
