[CGMZ] Core - Version 1.24.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.24.0!

This version adds some default parameters for [CGMZ] windows that can scroll. Most [CGMZ] plugins also allow you to customize these parameters individually, but this can be tedious if you want to adjust the scrolling in multiple plugin windows. These new Core parameters will be used as a default in case these parameters are not set in other plugins, allowing a consistent scrolling experience across all windows in your game.
