[CGMZ] Window Settings - Version Alpha R5

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR5!

This version adds the option to change a window's translucent opacity property, which determines the opacity of text or other items that are disabled in selectable or command windows.

This update also adds a function for better compatibility with other plugins that need to read window padding.
