[CGMZ] Window Settings - Version Alpha R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR4!

This version adds the option to hide the window frame. This is a default effect you might be familiar with on the battle actor window, which is now available to every window.

This update also added the option to hide selectable window item backgrounds, which by default are the dark rectangles behind things you can select.

This update makes the window background type parameter a bit easier to use, since it is also affected by the opacity so you could previously have your opacity set to full opacity and effectively override the transparent background type. Now, the background type will take precedence over other parameters that also affect the same variables behind the scenes.
