[CGMZ] Window Backgrounds - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds the ability to tint your window background. Documentation has been added for how to set a tint.

You can now more easily see the dimensions of the sprite by enabling the playtest option Report Dimensions. This will log the width and height to the console.

IMPORTANT: You will need to open your Presets and Backgrounds parameters so the plugin can load the default tint value after updating.
