[CGMZ] Vehicle Interiors - Version 1.4.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.4.0!

This version adds a sound effect that can play when the player enters a vehicle interior. Previously, there was no transfer sound. Note that since exiting vehicle interiors is evented, you can already easily play a sound there in your event, so that was not added.
