[CGMZ] Vehicle Encounters - Version 1.3.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.3.0!

This version adds the option to also include encounters from your map encounter lists. Previously, encounters set up for your vehicles was global. However, you might want certain encounters to only appear on certain maps for your vehicles just as they do for the player on foot.

You can now set a region id for each vehicle and set up encounters in the map encounter list with that region id as a condition. You do not actually have to be within those regions on the map. You can set up the additional 2 region id slots which the vehicle will need to be within.
