[CGMZ] Vehicle Encounters - Version 1.0.2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.0.2!

This update brings the code up to modern [CGMZ] standards. In doing so, some small optimizations were made by pre-processing the plugin parameters a bit more.
