[CGMZ] Toast Manager - Version 1.3.1

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.3.1!

This update causes this plugin to warn instead of crash when your toast plugin commands have invalid JSON in their parameters. Invalid JSON is caused by improperly setting up the plugin command. You can find these warnings in the dev tools console, and a default value will be used instead.

This update also added Spanish language help documentation.
