[CGMZ] Title System - Version 1.4.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.4.0!

This version adds the ability to allow your players to select which title screen they want to see, including the option to unlock title screen options through playing your game. This new feature requires [CGMZ] Global Data to work, as that is how the game knows which titles are unlocked for the player to select. When set to allow the player to select a title, the title screen will no longer play the sequence and instead stay on the title the player selects.

This update also fixes a bug with using tileset images for your event graphics on your title maps, which could have previously caused a crash.
