[CGMZ] Title Command Window - Version 1.5.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.5.0!

This version adds pictures you can use in place of the command window. You still move through pictures using the gamepad or keyboard (or touch ui mouse over them) as normal. They can have both an active and inactive state, and function similarly to how [CGMZ] Game End Window pictures work so if you use that plugin you will already be familiar with set up for this plugin. See below gif for how it can look:

To use them, set the Visible Commands to 0 for your command window in this plugin.
