[CGMZ] Title Command Window - Version 1.2.1

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.2.1!

This update adds a few options to modify the title command window itself which are standard among other [CGMZ] plugins. These include an option to set the windowskin, window padding, opacity, and tone.
