[CGMZ] Steal - Version Alpha R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR4!

This version adds an [CGMZ] Drop Tables integration so your steal skills can randomly generate a drop from one of your drop tables. If the drop table lands on a Nothing drop, it will not be added to the steal possibilities. This is due to the way stealing works, as there is already a steal chance before the stolen item is selected, so the Nothing drop from a drop table would add another round of success checking.
