[CGMZ] Sound IDs - Full Release

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.0.0!

This update adds some more user friendly warnings in case you set up your sounds incorrectly in the plugin parameters. Now, when you have a blank sound id, you will see a warning in the dev tools console letting you know that the sound id had an issue loading due to lack of an id parameter.
