[CGMZ] Skip Title - Beta Release

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version Beta!

Welcome to the beta release! This plugin allows you to skip the title screen, and provides various options to handle that.

If you are an existing user, this update provides the option to only skip the title screen if a save file can automatically be loaded. If a save file does not exist, it will still put the player at the title screen where they can choose to change options or start a new game (or anything else if using custom title window commands).
