[CGMZ] Select Object - Version Alpha R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR4!

This version adds meta filters, which is what RPG Maker calls note tags. These allow you to add a note tag to your items, weapons, armors, or skills and then filter Select Object commands later by that tag. As an example, you could tag skills with and then type fire into the meta filter and see only skills with that tag. Documentation for using this has been added.

A bug was also fixed with Skill Type filter not properly filtering skills by the given skill types.
