[CGMZ] Select Object - Version Alpha R3

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR3!

This version adds a new Plugin Command to select a skill. This new select option allows you to use filters such as skill id, actor id, skill type, and occasion. All other standard options apply, such as being able to select what skill info appears in the select list, the info displayed, and text for when the player has no valid skills to select from.

• Added skill select and various supporting options
