[CGMZ] Scene Backgrounds - Version Alpha R6

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR6!

This update adds weather to your menu scenes! You can now choose to either show a specific weather during the scene no matter what, or you can opt to show whatever weather is currently displaying on the map to show in the menu scene. Below is a gif preview of what it can look like.

This was added as a per-scene option so if you want the weather to carry over into each scene, you will need to set it up for each scene.
