[CGMZ] Reputations - Version Beta R9

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version BetaR9!

This version adds the concept of locking a reputation. All reputations begin unlocked. When you lock a reputation, it can no longer gain or lose reputation. You can always unlock a reputation later to start gaining and losing reputation again.

This update also made the rep up and down toast presets compatible with paragraph and image style presets. A new parameter for rep up / down image was added to your reputations.

Integration parameters were organized to make it easier to see which plugin is required to use the integration.
