[CGMZ] Reputations - Version Beta R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version BetaR4!

This update adds a proper category parameter that will allow you to customize your reputation categories. You can now have text codes in their name and display a different name than the category id. You can also have a separate icon property, as well as background images for your categories.

Along with this category update, a crash was fixed that could occur when no categories existed before. Now when there are no categories, the category window should not show and the reputations should all be listed in the list window.

Please note that when updating to this version, you will need to set up some category information for your categories if you previously used categories. You can do so by setting up the Reputation Categories parameter.
