[CGMZ] Remove Touch - Version Beta

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version Beta!

This version adds the ability to use game switches to toggle various touch options on or off mid game. Previously, this plugin was set up to remove touch to varying degrees for the entire game. I thought you might want to add some mechanics where the player cannot move through the map using the mouse temporarily, but otherwise can in the rest of the game, for example. This update allows you to also use switches to enable/disable the touch features.
