[CGMZ] Recruitment Board - Version Alpha R5

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR5!

This version adds a way to bypass costs when recruiting a single actor via the Call Actor Scene plugin command. This is how it used to work previously, but it was not very clear that costs were being skipped here. Now you can choose to either skip or not skip costs in the single actor recruitment scene.

This update also adds an integration with [CGMZ] Toast Manager. You can show toasts by preset id for when a new recruit is discovered, marked as available, and recruited. In all of these toasts, you can use %name to show the actor's name.
