[CGMZ] Recruitment Board - Version Alpha R3

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR3!

This version adds some more integrations with other [CGMZ] plugins. You can easily add a controls window to the recruitment board scene via [CGMZ] Controls Window. This can be different for both the select part of the scene as well as the full info part of the scene.

All windows created by the plugin can now easily integrate with both [CGMZ] Window Settings and [CGMZ] Window Backgrounds. This will allow you to set the windowskin, tone, style, etc. for each window, or add a background image to your windows including scrolling parallax images.

A max party size check was also added, so you can now prevent the player from recruiting too many actors. If you only want a max party size of 4, but want to allow the player to choose from between 10 actors to recruit, you can now easily do that.
