[CGMZ] Plugin Commands - Version 1.6.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.6.0!

This version adds some new plugin commands for changing options for the player. You can now turn on/off always dash, touch ui, or command remember for the player. You can also now set the volume options via plugin command.

Since there are starting to be quite a few plugin commands now, I have also re-organized them and added separating commands to help you find the command you want.
