[CGMZ] Plugin Commands - Version 1.3.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.3.0!

This update adds a few new plugin commands. There are some quality of life ones, such as Stop All Sound which will stop BGM/BGS/SE/ME in one command, and Erase All Pictures which will erase every picture in one command.

There is also a new plugin command, Change Battle Lose, which allows you to configure if the player receives a gameover after losing a random battle or not. This will only affect random battles.

This update also added Spanish language help documentation.
