[CGMZ] Pixi Filters - Version Alpha R7

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR7!

This version adds the ability to transition your filter properties over time when editing them. This means you can do things like fade your godrays in, slowly make effects stronger or weaker, etc. Each filter allows you to specify a time frame over which the effect will adjust to the desired value in the edit plugin commands. Note that while most effects work with this, not all effects do. Some are read-only, while others are booleans which can only be ON or OFF.
