[CGMZ] Picture Gallery - Version Alpha R6

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR6!

This version adds show and enable switches for your categories. If not set, these will have no impact on the scene. If set, the show switch must be ON before the category will display. If set, the enable switch must be ON before the category will be selectable by the player. This can help you control what shows up in the Picture Gallery at various points in your game.

The integration parameters have been organized to make it easier to see which plugin is required to use which parameter. The [CGMZ] Toast Manager integration now supports all toast types instead of just the text type.
