[CGMZ] Picture Gallery - Version Alpha R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR4!

This version adds integrations with [CGMZ] Window Backgrounds and [CGMZ] Window Settings, which is how you can customize the picture gallery windows. Previously, a few limited customization options existed for things like windowskin changes but these integrating plugins handle all of that and more. Relying on integrations like this also helps me add more window customizations, since I only need to add it to one plugin and all 100+ CGMZ plugins get the new customizations automatically without needing to be updated individually.

I also updated the [CGMZ] Toast Manager integration to rely on toast manager presets for the discover toast. Along with this, you can now have unique discover toasts per-picture.
