[CGMZ] Options - Version Alpha R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR4!

This version adds some more control over the window. You can now set an x and y offset as well as change the height. A bug with the window width parameter was also fixed.

This update also adds an option to take over default option names. Before, default option names came from the Database for compatibility reasons. If you would prefer your option names to come from this plugin, even for the default options, you can now set the Draw Default Names parameter to false.
