[CGMZ] Move Route Shortcuts - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds an integration with [CGMZ] Infinite Balloons to add icon balloon shortcuts. You only need to provide the icon index for the icon you want to display in your icon balloon.

This version also added an integration with [CGMZ] Rumble to allow you to rumble the gamepad in your move route shortcuts. You can provide a duration, weak magnitude, and strong magnitude.
