[CGMZ] Mouse Cursor - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version fixes an issue with the mouse cursor image sometimes not hiding itself when the real mouse is outside of the game window, leading it to appear stuck.

I also added the option to set the scale of the cursor, so you can make your cursor sprite bigger or smaller without needing to edit your image.
