[CGMZ] Message System - Version Alpha R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR4!

This update adds some integrations with other [CGMZ] plugins. You can now rumble the controller with a new text code when using [CGMZ] Rumble. The rumble text code is only available to text shown through the message window. You can also show an enemy or actor name with their associated icon if using [CGMZ] Enemy Upgrade or [CGMZ] Actor Upgrade, respectively. These are available in text anywhere that supports text codes.
