[CGMZ] Menu Theme - Version 1.2.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.2.0!

This version fixes the warning you would see in the dev tools console if leaving the variable menu themes parameter to the default value, as now the default value is valid.

This update also includes a re-write of the plugin code. You should not notice any changes in functionality yet, but it will make it easier for me to add more features to this plugin in the future.
