[CGMZ] Map Upgrade - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds the ability to set a tile size per map instead of for the entire game which is what the editor allows. However, keep in mind that your maps in editor will look wrong unless you have the editor set to that tile size in the database. In game they will appear normally.
