[CGMZ] Map Name Window - Version Beta R4

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version BetaR4!

This update adds a lot of new window options, including changing the windowskin, window padding, window background opacity, and window tone. This should hopefully make windows where you display the windowskin much more customizable than they were previously.

This update also adds some quality of life features around the images that can be displayed in the background of the window. Resizing the image to fit is now an option. There was also a debug option added to report the width and height of the image area to the dev tools console so you can get exact pixel dimensions for your images.
