[CGMZ] Infinite Balloons - Version 1.2.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.2.0!

This version adds some offsets for your balloons, which should allow you to position them perfectly for any sprite. You can use either the new x/y offset for each individual balloon via plugin command, or the new global balloon x/y offset which will affect all balloons.
