[CGMZ] Infinite Balloons - Version 1.1.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.1.0!

This version is a re-write of how icon balloons are shown. Previously, this plugin did a workaround with bitmap painting and clearing, and now it uses a dedicated icon sprite to show icons in balloons. It also means you do not need to reserve a blank icon sprite balloon row on your balloon sheet.

You will most likely need to set up your icon offset parameters again. They can now include negative values to help position them since the icon sprite is no longer tied to the balloon bitmap. When selecting an icon index for your icon balloons, you will now see an icon select ui in the plugin command.
