[CGMZ] Infinite Balloons - Version 1.0.2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.0.2!

This update makes it no longer required to place your empty balloon image for icon balloons into the system image folder. You can now place this image in any image folder, including subfolders.

• Blank balloon no longer forced to be in system image folder
