[CGMZ] Idle - Full Release

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.0.0!
Welcome to the full release of this plugin! This version adds a new common event for idle start and stop, one that only works if the player goes idle in battle. This is unaffected by the Idle Event On Map Only parameter.
This update also fixed a bug that could occur if the player was somehow able to save the game while idle, as the switch and variable would not properly reset on game load if this happened.
If you are new to the plugin, welcome! This plugin allows you to easily event behavior to occur when the player goes idle (no input to keyboard, mouse, or gamepad). You determine how long before idle status kicks in, and then you can use the common events, switches, or variables managed automatically by this plugin to event any idle behavior you want.
