[CGMZ] GameOver - Version 1.3.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.3.0!

This version adds pictures you can show that will function as commands. This can help get your game away from the standard RPG Maker look with the command window. Pictures can have an inactive and active state, which is applied when that picture is hovered or selected. Pictures work with all control types, including touch, keyboard, and gamepad. See below gif for how it can look:

To use pictures in place of your command window, set the Number of Commands parameter to 0 to hide the command window.
