[CGMZ] Game End Window - Version 1.6.0

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version 1.6.0!

This version adds subcategories, so you can now have a command that causes new commands in the subcategory to display. This might be useful if you have a lot of similar commands and want to group them together in a submenu.
