[CGMZ] Fourth Wall - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds a plugin command to print the game screen in the player's printer. You can optionally choose the document's title when printed, and set any print CSS rules you want in the plugin parameters which will get added to the game css.
