[CGMZ] File Types - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds support for mp4 video files. You can now set up files in the MP4 parameter which will be changed from .webm to mp4 file type if the game originally tries loading the video file with a .webm extension instead of .mp4.
