[CGMZ] Fallback - Version Beta R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version BetaR2!

This version fixed a bug that could occur when a load error happened immediately on game boot before game objects get loaded. This would occur if you have a preloader or some plugin that preloads images immediately and one of those files cannot be found. This plugin should now handle that case.
