[CGMZ] Equip Conditions - Version Alpha R2

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version AlphaR2!

This version adds the option to display unequippable gear in the equip item select window. This can allow the player to see that the actor has equipment of that equipment type, but that they cannot equip it for some reason. If using this option, you will probably want to explain any requirements in the help text so the player will be aware of why they cannot equip something.

This update also adds the item condition to both weapons and armors. This is a list of items that the party must have in the inventory to equip the gear.
