[CGMZ] Equip Command Window - Beta Release

Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version Beta!

This version adds on select options for each command. This allows you to have a different command name, icon, and background image depending on if the command is currently selected or not. The new selected parameters will display if selected, and the original parameters will display if not selected.
